Comments from public and media: No comments. Consider and/or adopt a Tax Rate for 2020. General Manager Ty Edwards went over the resolution and tax rate. Janet Groth made a motion that the property tax rate be increased by the adoption of a tax rate of $0.0247, which is effectively a 3.78 percent increase in the tax rate and also to sign the supporting resolution. Vanessa Cardwell seconded the motion. Motion passed. Vote: 9 FOR. -0- Oppose 2 Absent. Adjourned Special-Called meeting at 6:37 pm.
