President Berry recognized Ms. Clark, who reviewed with the Board the Tax Collector’s Report and the Delinquent Collections Listing as of Ju ly 31, 2026. 2 Ms. Clark stated that the District had collected 98.17% of its 2025 taxes as of July 31, 2026. Ms. Clark noted that the District’s total expenses were $28,981.45 and that the cash balance as of July 31, 2026 was $105,129.71. Ms. Clark presented 14 checks totaling $9,244.97 for the Board’s approval. Upon motion by Director Doering, seconded by Director Robb, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to accept the Tax Collector’s Report, to authorize payment of check numbers 5479 through 5492 and one wire from the Tax Account in the amounts, to the persons and for the purposes listed in such Report.
