2026-0323 Collateral for County Funds On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the request for substitution of non-US government or agency securities and/or immediate withdrawal of any securities held by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in joint safekeeping as attached.
