However, the Board is unable to discuss or take action on any topic not listed on this agenda. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each speaker. Prior to the meeting, persons wishing to address the Board must complete a “Public Meeting Appearance Card” and present it to the Board President prior to the meeting. When called upon, the person should come to the podium, state his or her name and address for the record, and if speaking for an organization or other group, identify the group represented. All remarks are to be addressed to the Board as a whole and not to individual members. The presiding officer shall determine whether, or in what manner, if any response will be provided.
