2. October 13 - TWDB Board approves posting Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for the technical study of the Blaine, the Gulf Coast, and the Rustler Aquifers, and separately approves entering an interagency contract for the study of the Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer south of the Colorado River. These studies were due by August 2016. Additionally, the Board also approved posting RFQs for the study of the Blossom, the Nacatoch, and the Trinity Aquifers. These three studies were due by August 2017.
