Library Improvements Are Underway Friendswood Library is installing new mobile shelving throughout the building, completing facility maintenance and updates, conducting staff training, and preparing for the Friends of the Library Gala fundraiser. Library services and hours of operation have been temporarily adjusted, with limited access to some parts of the building for the next few weeks. Patrons are encouraged to use the Library’s new 24/7 book vending machine at City Hall while library services are limited.
