Total maximum annual production from the water well is 399 ac-ft/yr at a maximum rate of 300 gpm for Industrial use. The well produces from the Hooper Aquifer. A motion was made by Mark Carrabba, second by John Elliott for the approval of Major Oak Power LLC, Drilling/Operating permit at a total maximum annual production 399 ac-ft/yr at a maximum rate of 300 gpm for Industrial use from the Hooper Aquifer as presented to the Board.
