Authorize the City Manager or his designee to exercise the first of two, one-year renewal options for the annual requirements contract for concrete materials with Cowtown Redi Mix, Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $449,900; and Legacy Ready-Mix, LLC, of Irving, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $367,600, for a total amount not to exceed $817,500, and execute any and all documents necessary to carry out such contract. Funds are budgeted inStreet Maintenance Sales Tax Account No. CC720101-SC0614.
