All Contractors are required to submit a Conditional Waiver of Payment with each request for payment. Each request for a progress payment requires a partial waiver, request for final payment requires a final waiver. Conditional Waiver requirement is only applicable to vendors providing labor, services, equipment or materials furnished to the above mentioned property. Only change orders that have been executed on Hillwood's standard change order form are eligible to be included in the above detail. Should a pay request be submitted with a change order listed that has not yet been executed on the required Hillwood form, the pay request will not be processed until the nearest pay period following the execution of the outstanding change order. All change orders are subject to review and final approval by Hillwood Communities. No change order will be acknowledged as approved by Hillwood unless executed on the Hillwood required change order form. Proof of Insurance must be on file and coverage active in order for payment to be processed, all payments will be on hold until proof of insurance is provided and meets the required coverage as listed in Exhibit C of the executed contract.
