2025-1122 Authorize and approve the Interlocal Agreement between University of North Texas at Dallas and Dallas County, Texas on Behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services Disease Investigation and Intervention Services (DIS) Program to provide Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screenings at the University of North Texas at Dallas On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 466 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Interlocal Agreement between University of North Texas at Dallas and Dallas County, Texas on Behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services Disease Investigation and Intervention Services (DIS) Program to provide Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screenings at the University of North Texas at Dallas Done in open Court October 7, 2025 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None
