Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

D. Mauk stated that the Board needed to vote on who they would like to vote for on the CAD Board of Directors and that the District is allotted 141 votes which is not a large number compared to other taxing entities so splitting the votes would not be favorable for getting a candidate on the CAD Board, however they were allowed to if they chose. E. DeWinne and C. Strieg] both spoke with regards to their nominations, however C. Striegl conceded and endorsed E. DeWinne for all of the votes. R. Mulherin motioned to give all 141 votes to E. DeWinne and R. Gibson seconded. Motion passed 8-0. Discuss and Consider for Action: BCRAGD Quarterly Budget Report / Public Funds Report.
