1. Introduction This memorandum provides an annual hydrologic update for the Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District (MPGCD), for Pecos County, Texas, by summarizing 2025 precipitation and groundwater level response observed across the County. The purpose of this update is to support the District’s groundwater management activities by documenting recent climatic conditions, describing year-over-year changes in monitored water levels, and highlighting spatial patterns and areas of notable change. Precipitation and drought conditions are evaluated using available regional datasets and local weather station records, while groundwater levels are received from the District’s monitoring well program. This update is intended to provide context for current conditions and to support decision-making regarding groundwater management.
