The County Court Records Archival Fee and County Clerk Records Management Fee are authorized in Texas Local Government Code Chapter 118.0216 and 118.025, respectively. The County Clerk is required to hold a public hearing on this plan and to publish notice of such hearing in a newspaper no later than 15 days prior to the hearing. Notice will be published on or before September 11,2026 for a September 29, 2026 hearing date.
