<strong><em>Reading and Public Hearing</em></strong><br><br>On October 17, 2024, City Council, through Resolution R-23-4887, approved a one-year agreement, with the option to renew four (4) additional years, with Oriental Building Services, Inc. to provide janitorial and ancillary maintenance services.<br> <br>This item seeks the approval of the third one-year renewal term in an amount not to exceed $325,977.19  plus a five percent (5%) owner’s contingency amount of $16,298.86.<br> <br>The fiscal year operating budget allocates funding for janitorial services for 10 (ten) City facilities. These include City Hall, Library, Justice Center, Fire Administration, Public Works Operations, Senior Center, Recreation Center, Business Center, Colleyville Center, and Parks Facility.
