Discussion Regarding On-Site Hypochlorite Generation (OSHG) Equipment and Building Modifications

The Phase V Plant Expansion project includes provisions for the expansion of our existing On-Site Hypochlorite Generation (OSHG) system. In a review of the current equipment and building, staff recommends expanding the scope of work. This would include full replacement of the current equipment and modification of the building to better care for a critical process associated with providing dependably safe service to our residents.
