Take all appropriate action to approve the purchase of specialized furniture for the Mental Health Treatment Facility from Pineapple Contracts, Inc. in the amount of $1,142,030.01 utilizing the Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) cooperative contract #23301 with terms of payment as such: 50% partial payment upon the completion and detailed documentation of manufacturing of goods ordered and remaining 50% payment due net 30 after delivery and acceptance of good for the Mental Health Treatment Facility/Commissioner Precinct 1 per Local Government Code §271.102.  This purchase is funded by the contract with the Texas Department of Health and Human Services for the Mental Health Treatment Facility expansion.
