2026-0887 Authority for Dallas County Budget Officer to Amend the FY2026 Dallas County Budget to Transfer and Reallocate Funds dated August 18, 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 18, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Road & Bridge (10501) and General Fund (12000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the transfers, payments, and reallocation of funds prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer for August 18, 2026 and authorize the transfers to be executed. Done in open Court August 18, 2026 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None
