The easement is for the development of Stone Mills Sections 1 and 2 to install sanitary sewer to connect to existing sanitary sewer mains in Smith Blvd.. There will be an 8-inch water line installed to meet City standards to connect water lines that will be installed as part of Stone Mill Sections 1 and 2.
