The Board then recognized Mr. Erik Spencer who presented the engineer's report. He noted that they are still withholding the $15,000, due to a coating defect because the work has not been completed due to weather. Pay Application No. 4 in the amount of $126,000 for the wastewater treatment facility no. 1 generator replacement was recommended for approval. The Board reviewed the asset management plan prepared for water plant no. 4 and the replacement parts that are recommended to keep on hand. The Board directed the operator to purchase the 91001-002 602462,1 recommended parts to be stored securely until needed to perform District repairs. In addition, the engineer gave a presentation on the Geographical Information Services that are available to the District. After discussion by the Board, upon unanimous vote, the Board approved the engineer's report, including pay estimates and the action items as presented.
