Enforceability; Successors and Assigns. The covenant s and restrictions contained herein run with the land, are binding upon Licensor, its successors and assigns, and inure to the benefit of Licensee, its successors and assigns. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and is enforceable, at law or by injunctive relief, the remedy at law being inadequate, without the necessity of posting any bond or other security. This instrument may only be amended or modified by an instrument in writing executed by Licensor and Licensee (or their respective successors and assigns).
