TCG has been in contact with Maria Valdez, who lives at 812 Nonken and would like the purchase the property. This Agreement would allow Maria Valdez to purchase the property for the $50 deed and recording fees as long as the substandard structure is torn down according to City standards within 30 days. TCG has prepared the attached Agreement and the Agreement and process comply with State Law for the disposition of entity owned property. If Ms. Valdez fails to demolish the structure to City Standards, the tax deed is not provided and ownership of the property remains with the entities.
