<p data-pasted="true">TNR staff has received a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a public utility easement (PUE) located along the lot lines of Lots 21 & 22, Highland Club Village Section 1 as recorded in Volume 15, Page 72 of the Plat Records of Travis County.</p><p>The owner is requesting that the subject PUE be vacated to build a single-family residence. The easement is dedicated by plat note. Lots 21 & 22, Highland Club Village front on Lago Vista Drive, a street maintained by Travis County. </p><p>The utility companies operating in the area (Austin Energy) have signed statements on file that they have no objection to vacating the subject easement.</p><p>The staff foresees no opposition to this request.</p>
