Public Hearing began at 6:30 PM Attendance: MPGCD Board Members: Jerry McGuairt/President. Puja Boinpally/Precinct 2 Director. Vanessa Cardwell/City of Fort Stockton Director. Allan Childs/At-Large Director. Jeff Sims/Precinct 3 Director. A quorum of the Board was not present. Others in Attendance: Ty Edwards, Gail Reeves, Paula McGuairt, Gary Bryant, and Jeremy Gonzalez. ! Second of two public hearings to receive public input on a Proposed Tax Rate of $0.0249 per $100 valuation for 2017. President Jerry McGuairt read the notice of the public hearing. The public in attendance did not have any comments on the proposed tax rate. President McGuairt announced that on September 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM the adoption of a tax rate is scheduled to be voted on. ll Adjourn The public hearing was adjourned at 6:32 pm by President Jerry McGuairt.
