The City has prioritized investment in transportation and infrastructure to provide high-quality, sustainable utility systems. Providing a high-quality wastewater collection system is one way to promote that priority. Systematically rehabilitating substandard sanitary sewer manholes helps achieve that goal. The purpose of this item is to authorize the purchase of sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation services.
