Approve Donna ISD to request approval from TEA for the 26-27 school year to participate in the Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP) which allows districts to provide flexible hours and days of attendance for students who meet at least one of the requirements in the Texas Education Code 29.0822(a). Castaneda Description: Approval of the Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP) will allow Donna Independent School District to provide flexible instructional hours and days of attendance for eligible students across all participating elementary, middle, and high school campuses for the 2026-2027 school year. District wide implementation will support at-risk students, improve attendance outcomes, facilitate promotion and graduation, and ensure continued compliance with the Texas Education Code and Texas Education Agency requirements.
