Lori Aylett presented an attorney's report. The attorney worked on out-of- plat easements requested by the developer. The attorney noted that she had been contacted by the developer and the Falls HOA about a District easement that needs some additional attention. The easement is between The Falls and The Meadows and is mowed by the Meadows HOA landscaper. There is some erosion that is causing drainage concerns for area residents. Earthcare Management provided a proposal to repair erosion on the easement for $6,592.43, and the Board approved the necessary repairs.
