2025-0968 Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers' Compensation (TDI-DWC) Austin Representative Service Agreement On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Austin Representative Service Agreement to contract the law firm of Downs & Stanford, P. C.to serve as the Austin, Texas Carrier Representative for Dallas County.
