Series 2021 Unlimited Tax Bonds and Series 2021 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, including: (a) approve final cost summary for the Series 2021 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds; (b) approve Preliminary Official Statement and Official Notice of Sale; (c) appoint Paying Agent/Registrar; (d) authorize advertisement for sale of the Series 2021 Unlimited Tax Bonds and the Series 2021 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds and schedule bond sale; (e) authorize tax assessor/collector to request Certificate of Assessed Value as of January 1 from the Appraisal District; (f) authorize District engineer to request Texas Commission o n Environmental Quality inspection of facilities; and (g) authorize auditor to prepare developer reimbursement report.
