Discussion was held on the boundaries of Precinct 1 and the legality of General Manager Ty Edwards being appointed as a director of Precinct 1. This seat would be up for election in November 2026. Weldon Blackwelder made a motion to appoint Ty Edward as Precinct 1 Director. Seconded by Larry Drgac. Motion failed.
