Ordinance 2026-0353 ORDINANCE approving and authorizing City of Houston to submit 2026 Annual Action Plan to the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT for the following Grants and Budgets: 1) Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $25,902,138.20 (which amount includes $61,940.20 in program income); 2) HOME Investment Partnerships Grant in the amount of $10,050,848.76 (which amount includes $119,543.00 in program income); 3) Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS Grant in the amount of $15,025,925.00; and 4) Emergency Solutions Grant in the amount of $2,244,219.00; and to accept funds from the aforementioned Grants, if awarded
