Staff will provide an informational update on the status of recommendations related to Animal Services operations and services. The presentation will summarize progress made to date, including operational improvements, staffing, enforcement efforts, shelter population management, adoption initiatives, and ongoing projects. The purpose of this item is to keep the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee informed of the department's continued efforts to enhance services and implement organizational improvements.
