Consider and take appropriate action on Urban Empowerment Zone I, LLC (Supportive Housing Initiative Project, Contract Number 4600001020, with the Leasehold Deed of Trust with Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents, recorded in Document NO. 2025057539 of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas) request for Travis County as lien holder to execute two Lien Holder Consents for 1.013 Acres Out of Tract Three, one as to the Declaration of a Drainage Easement and Unified Development Agreement with Maintenance of Drainage Facilities Restrictive Covenant and one as to a Drainage Easement, each granted by Travis County Facilities Corporation as described in the documents, with the City of Austin as grantee.
