3. Adjournment of Work Session and return to Regular Meeting. In accordance with District Bylaws, Work Sessions are primarily for the benefit of the Board and employees although they are open to the public. During Work Sessions of the Board no public comment will be heard, unless specifically requested by a District Director and recognized by the President. Public comment may be made at the time the item is set for discussion at a Regular Meeting.
