Executive Session open @ 10:32 a.m. A motion was made by Lisa Rolke, second by Mark Carrabba that the Board approves the Full and Final Settlement and Release Agreement related to the listed matter, as noticed in Agenda item 1, and the associated Memorandum of Understanding between the Texas A&M University System, the City of Bryan, the City of College Station, Brazos County, and the District, and that legal counsel may make minor non-substantive changes to the agreement. The motion passed on a 6-1 vote with Stephen Cast opposing.
