At its Council meeting held on August 4, 2025, the City Council approved a contract with Ardurra Group, Inc., to perform consulting services associated with the update of the City's comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance and to provide grant administration, management, and contract compliance services under the CDBG-MIT program. At this meeting, staff will present the vision, guiding principles, goals, objectives and strategies that have been drafted as part of the plan. A summary of actions taken to date is attached as well as a summary of the Goals, Objectives and Strategies that are drafted for the plan.
