Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (Netting Chapter 48 Funding) Description: Due to the increased values in the 2025 certified values, TEA's formulas show we could possibly collect more in 2026 taxes than the district earns in state funding. If this happens, the district is required to notify TEA of our intent to have the funds deducted from our Foundation School Funding.
