Review bids and award contracts for construction and authorize execution of letter financing agreements for construction of the following projects. • Valencia – Streetscapes, Dogwood, Section 13, & Lake H (H24371) • On January 15, 2026, TBG received four (4) bids online via Civcast USA for the above-referenced project. We have reviewed each bid and the associated documentation from each of the bidders. The apparent low bidder is Woodcreek Landscape Co. with a base bid amount of $ 808,561.21. The received bids are shown in the chart below and a full bid tabulation is also enclosed for your review. d. Approve pay estimates and change orders and final acceptance as appropriate, for construction of the following projects: • Valencia Phase 1 – Pollard Blvd at Sections 8 & 9 and Lake C – Current contract amount - $729,989.34 (Earth First)
