Discussion and action on a Resolution that the City Manager be authorized to sign a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the City of El Paso (the “City”) and the Better Business Bureau (the “Applicant”), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, to provide an incentive not to exceed $200,000 to continue the implementation of the Buy El Paso Rewards Program.
