Mayor Weiss opened the item. Jessica Lynch with Baker Tilly reviewed revenue requirement assumptions. Ms. Waldron answered questions from Ms. Ryan regarding growth rate assumptions and Ms. Ryan asked for clarification regarding impact fees. Mr. Rogers asked about growth expectations. Discussion followed regarding impact fees. Ms. Tilly reviewed water cost allocation assumption and wastewater cost allocation assumptions and answered questions from council. Ms. Tilly reviewed present and proposed water rates. Ms. Tilly and Ms. Waldron answered questions from Ms. Ryan regarding the calculations and revenue requirements.
