Discuss establishing digital data file storage capability for MUD 132 records. The President opened discussion regarding establishing a digital data f ile storage system for District records. Director Whitaker stated that he reached out to different companies; however, pricing is determined based on the storage amount needed. He stated that he prepared a spreadsheet for District consultants to gauge the amount of storage that would be needed, but it needs to be cleaned up. Discussion ensued. Ms. Ellison noted that she would review the District’s retention policy.
