Public Comments. President Berry recognized Mr. Minton, who stated that he is the homeowner of the house that the District needs access to his property in order to remove a tree to access a manhole. He stated that he does not want the tree removed. President Berry stated that the District has an easement and needs to access the manhole to excavate the line. Ms. Wilkinson discussed the District’s need to access the manhole. Mr. Minton expressed concern about cutting down the tree and potential damage to his property that is outside of the District’s easement. President Berry stated that the IDS and Inframark can meet with Mr. Minton at his property to discuss options and in order to provide estimates.
