Call the Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 1 Meeting to Order and establish a quorum. 2. Citizens Forum (3-minute time limit per individual). 3. Approval of the August 11, 2026 meeting, September 3, 2026 special meeting and September 17, 2026 special meeting minutes. 4. Chief’s Report. a. Run Report. b. Event 5. Update and/or action on potential property for the District’s office. 6. Financial Reports. a. Review of the Financial Reports for the District. b. Discussion and approval to amend the FY 2026 budget. c. Approval to pay the bills for the District. 7. Determine date, time and possible agenda items for the next Board meeting. 8. Adjourn. The above notice was posted at the Bexar County Courthouse and at the District’s office located at 8275 FM 78, Suite 2, Converse, Texas 78109 before 5:00 P.M. September 16, 2026.
