Report on engineering matters, and authorize appropriate action, regarding design of new projects, advertisement for bids, contract awards, approval of pay estimates and change orders, including authorization to advertise for bids, award contract, and approval of pay estimates and chang e orders for the following projects as appropriate: a. median opening at Section 20 entrance on Northgrove Parkway; 4920-8941-5366 v.1 Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and would like to request auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact the District’s attorney at (713) 860 -6400 at least three business days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangem ents can be made. b. TxDOT request for contribution for turn lane on FM 2978; c. new projects; and d. deeds and easements, including Center Point easements, phase I environmental assessment proposals, consents to encroachment, requests for service, or utility commitment letters.
