Landscaping matters, including: a. authorization to design facilities and approval of proposals for design of construction projects in the District; b. approval of plans and specifications and authorization to advertise for bids for construction projects in the District, including: i. Mavera North Sports Park. c. review of bids and award of contracts and authorization to execute letter financing agreements for construction projects in the District; d. approval of pay estimates, change orders, and final acceptance as appropriate, for projects in the District, including: i. Mavera Amenity Center Phase 2 – Wiffleball Field Improvements; ii. Mavera East Lake Completion Landscape Improvements; and iii. Mavera Sections 11, 12, 14 & Large Landscape Improvements. Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 191 reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code
