2026-0426 Policy Requirement (NOT an exception to Policy) Request for Administrative Leave with Pay for Employee #66325 – Health and Human Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Administrative Leave of Absence with pay for Employee #66325 for the period of August 5, 2025, through August 22, 2025 (104 hours), plus applicable deductions as determined by the Auditor's Office, and calculated as follows: 104 hours x $24.17 = $2,513.68.
