Authorizing the City Manager to execute a four (4) year Service Agreement with Motorola Solutions Inc., from Chicago, IL utilizing contract DIR-CPO-5433, in an annual amount of $350,627.40 and for the total amount not to exceed $1,402,510.00 for the maintenance of the City of Laredo’s P25 800 MHz Trunked Radio Communications System, as attached hereto.
