Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve an annual requirements contract for floor repairs and replacement services with Gomez Floor Covering, Inc., dba GFC Contracting, of San Antonio, Texas, through the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative, in an amount not to exceed $200,000, and to be retroactively effective to March 30, 2026, and ratify previous payments made in the amount of $76,343.98, and execute any and all documents necessary to carry out such contract.Funds are budgeted in Facility Repair/Renovation Account No. CC370105-SC0583 and various departmental accounts and are subject to FY2027 budget approval.
