Change Orders #3, #4, #5, #6 and #7 to SCI Construction, Ltd. in the total amount of $102,704.65 for Project #25-36 Precinct 1 Community Center for MCCD/Precinct 1 as follows: Change Order #3 – Increased cost for fuel in the total amount of $5,528. Change Order #4 – Increased cost for various items due to delayed start of the project in  the total amount of $76,126.40. Change Order #5 – Credit for moving electrical equipment in the total amount of -$977.50. Change Order #6 – Add approximately 575 Sq. Ft. of perimeter sidewalks and deduct approximately 58 LF. of curb and gutter in the total amount of $3,903.75. Change Order #7 – Install 6" Pipe from Tapping Sleeve and Valve to Meters in the total amount of $18,124.
