Perez Description: Donna Independent School District solicited proposals through the OMNIA Partners, Buyboard, and DIR cooperative purchasing programs to replace seventy-eight (78) district copiers.  The proposed agreement will provide copier equipment, maintenance, and related services under a forty-eight (48) month contract term.  Utilizing these cooperative purchasing contracts ensures compliance with state procurement requirements while allowing the District to obtain competitive pricing and efficient replacement of its existing copier fleet.
