The Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 1 will conduct a meeting on May 12, 2026 at the Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 1 office located at 8275 FM 78, Suite 2, Converse, Texas 78109 and the following will be discussed; 1. Call the Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 1 Meeting to Order and establish a quorum. 2. Citizens Forum (3-minute time limit per individual). 3. Approval of the April 9, 2026 Special Meeting and April 14, 2026 meeting. 4. Chief’s Report. a. Run Report b. Event 5. Update on potential property for the District’s office. 1. Potential Closed Session if Sellers accept offer from the District. 2. Discussion and approval of the purchase of the real estate for the District as well as giving direction to the District’s attorney on proceeding with all necessary paperwork. 6. Financial Reports. a. Review of the Financial Reports for the District. b. Approval to amend the FY 2026 Budget. c. Approval to pay the bills for the District. 7. Determine date, time and possible agenda items for the next Board meeting. 8. Adjourn. The above notice was posted at the Bexar County Courthouse and at the District’s office located at 8275 FM 78, Suite 2, Converse, Texas 78109 before 5:00 P.M. May 6, 2026.
